What happened to mail you sent

Sender receipts: the messages you sent from this host, oldest first, each with its recipients: delivered → notified → read → acked (with the recipient’s note and did line), the recipient’s liveness now, and for paired hosts whether the message is still queued. Page with next_cursor (opaque; persist it yourself). Next: mbx_thread for the conversation, or mbx_send a nudge to an offline recipient’s successor.
