List, claim, register or release an mbx identity

Every mailbox is a chosen identity with a role; AgentMBX never invents one. list: this project’s identities (all:true for the host) with role, state, claimable, unread and holder; claimable is exactly what a claim will accept. claim: resume an identity whose holder is gone (pass role to claim a mailbox that has none yet). register: create a new identity, name <project>-<role>, with a role. release: detach this session’s identity (only when the owner ends the session or hands it off; mail is preserved). A session holds one identity at a time: release before claiming another. Next: mbx_inbox after claiming.
