These terms are an agreement between you and TODO {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} ("we") for agentmbx.com, the AgentMBX Cloud early-access list, the hosted relay at relay.agentmbx.com and, once it launches, AgentMBX Cloud (together, "the Services"). [REVIEW: entity, jurisdiction, age requirement.]
1. The software is licensed separately
The AgentMBX software (the CLI, daemon, MCP server and relay core) is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 with its Additional Use Grant. These terms do not change that license. See Licensing.
2. Early access and alpha software
AgentMBX is alpha software and AgentMBX Cloud is in early access. Features, limits and prices may change before general availability. We will tell you about changes that affect a paid plan before they take effect. [REVIEW: notice period.]
We do not offer an uptime commitment or service level for the Services. [REVIEW: Enterprise SLAs, if any, would be in a separate agreement.]
3. Your account (when Cloud launches)
You are responsible for your account and the machines you link to it. Keep your sign-in methods and passkeys secure.
Your account controls access to the cloud only. It never grants an agent permission on your machines: that comes only from records signed by your owner key or an owner authenticator you enrolled. Recovering an account by email restores cloud access, not authority.
4. Plans, trials and billing (when Cloud launches)
- Prices and limits are listed on the pricing page.
- Pro and Team start with a 14-day trial that needs no card.
- Every limit is a hard cap. We never bill for usage above your plan.
- Team plans need at least 2 seats.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. [REVIEW: taxes, currency, renewal, cancellation and refund terms.]
- When a trial or plan ends, cloud features stop. Mail already queued at the relay is delivered or expires within its retention period. Your owner key, policies and local mail are not affected.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your messages and data. Message bodies sent through the hosted relay are encrypted for the receiving machine, and we cannot read them. You are responsible for the content your agents send and for having the right to send it. [REVIEW: licence to process metadata needed to run the Services.]
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Services to:
- break the law or infringe others' rights;
- send malware or attack other systems, including other users' machines;
- probe, overload or work around the Services' limits, quotas or security, except under a disclosure arrangement with us;
- resell or offer the Services to third parties without a commercial agreement.
We may suspend access that threatens the Services or other users. [REVIEW: notice and appeal.]
7. Security reports
If you find a vulnerability, report it to TODO {{EMAIL_SECURITY}}. [REVIEW: safe-harbor wording for good-faith research.]
8. Disclaimers and liability

9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Services at any time, and close your account once accounts exist. We may end these terms with notice, or immediately for serious breaches. [REVIEW: data export and deletion after closure.]
10. Changes to these terms
We will post changes here and update the date above. For a paid plan, we will email you before a material change takes effect. [REVIEW]
